Support

A real person reads every message. We aim to reply within one business day, Sydney time.

Contact us

Send a message below, or email hello@upscale.build directly. If it concerns a specific project, name it — that is usually the fastest route to an answer.

What we can help with

Getting started
Setting up an organisation, adding a project, and inviting your team. Consultants and contractors you invite to a project do not consume a licence.
Account access
Sign-in problems, password resets, or changing which organisation you are working in. Include the email address you sign in with so we can find the account.
Your data
Exports, corrections, or deletion. You can delete your account yourself from Settings, on both web and iOS — it takes effect immediately, with no grace period and no undo. Records you authored stay with your organisation with your name removed; anything only about you is deleted with the account. If you are the last Super Admin and other people remain, make someone else one before you delete.
Something looks wrong
Tell us the project, the screen, and what you expected to see. A screenshot helps. If a figure looks wrong, send the figure you expected — that is usually enough to find it.

Feature requests and bugs

Ideas and problems that are not about your own account go on the public board, where you can see what others have asked for and vote on it. The board asks you to sign in with your email the first time on each device.

Using the iOS app

The iOS app is a companion to the web platform and signs in with the same account. If you want to look around before signing in, choose Explore in demo mode on the sign-in screen — it runs on sample data and changes nothing.

Privacy and terms

Read our privacy policy and terms and conditions. For a privacy request — access, correction, or deletion — email hello@upscale.build and say what you would like us to do.

Self-serve reading

Before you write in, these pages may already answer it: the glossary, development guides, and about the product.
