Noel is an architect with more than fifteen years across architecture practices, client-side project management consultancies and government agencies. His work has broadened from architecture into a role spanning design, cost, programme and delivery. He enjoys the creative problem-solving involved in bringing people and decisions together so a project can move forward.

Noel also leads UpScale PM, a client-side project management practice. The practice uses UpScale.build as its internal working record on its own delivery work, including Granville Diggers Club Stage 1.

UpScale.build carries that operating perspective into software for property developers and client-side project managers. It brings feasibility, costs, claims, delivery records and the decisions behind them into one permissioned project record.
